Where are your Apartments located and for how many people are the Apartments designed?
We offer 5 apartments:

Sydney – 9 Klasztorna Street, Poznań; 1-4 persons

Miami – 10 Ogrodowa Street, Poznań; 1-6 persons

Chicago – 10 Ogrodowa Street, Poznań; 1-4 persons

San Francisco – 10 Ogrodowa Street, Poznań; 1-3 persons

New York – 10 Ogrodowa Street, Poznań; 1-4 persons

How are the Apartments equipped?

For how long can I rent the apartment?
Apartments can be rented for days, weeks and months. We set the price individually. In the case of Fair periods, important cultural and business events, holidays and extended weekends, prices may be higher.

Please contact us to prepare the offer.

Is it possible to use parking?
The parking spaces are located along the streets. Their availability may vary. They are paid from Monday to Friday from 8.00-18.00. They are free on weekends.
We also recommend a monitored car park “Za Bramka” for an additional fee. It is just 200 m from the Apartment. Reservation is not necessary. Please inform us and we will give You all the information.

At what time is the check-in and check-out possible?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to change the check-in and check-out hours?
The possibility depends on the availability of the apartment and is additionally payable. For this purpose, please contact us.
Where and in what hours can I pick up the key to the Apartment?
In order to meet the expectations of our customers, the keys can be picked up at any time after the check-in time 3:00 PM). You will receive all details regarding the key collection location in the confirmation e-mail.
How does the check-in and check-out take place?
All details regarding check-in and check-out will be sent to You in the confirmation e-mail.

Can I smoke in the Apartments?
No, smoking is forbidden in all apartments. There are smoke detectors in each apartment.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is it possible to order a travel crib for a child?
Yes, please let us know in advance. The price is 60 PLN for renting a travel crib.
Are there sheets and towels in the apartment?
Yes, there are bed sheets and towels in the apartments.
Are the apartments adapted for the disabled guests?
The apartments are located in old tenement houses without elevators. Unfortunately, they are not adapted to people with disabilities.
Can I order cleaning service during my stay?
Yes, you can order a cleaning service during your stay. Just please let us know in advance.

Are breakfasts included in the price of accommodation?
On request, we provide products (such as bread, cheese, yoghurt, fruit etc.) for the preparation of a simple continental breakfast. This service is additionally payable.

But if you prefer to have breakfast outside, in close neighborhood you will find cafes, restaurants where breakfast is served.

At what age can children stay for free?
Small children that sleep in bed with their parents can stay for free. Children who require a separate bed are treated as a regular person.
Can you get invoice for my stay?
Yes, invoices are issued after submitting such a request at the booking stage.
